This section is available for seasoned clinicians to get second opinions on their cases. This does not replace direct supervision on your clinical work but instead provides more generic suggestions on how you might proceed with clinical conundrums. You must register (free) to access this content.
A Second Opinion Program
Asking for second opinions has a long tradition in health care. Here clinicians will be asked to submit cases and questions about these cases.
The cases should be anonymous and include:
- presenting problems
- the families members
- the clinician’s formulation
- what has been tried clinically
- specific concerns
- how this consultation can help
These cases will only be accessible to enrolled members of the IST Masterclass.
We invite commentary from other members.
I would like this to be as inexpensive as possible not much more than having a cup of coffee with a knowledgeable, senior, collegial friend, so the cost will be $120 per year.
Overall, the goal of this component is to get more specific clinical input on cases and for members to be able to learn from each other’s work very much in the model of group supervision.
